A civilian who was attached to our unit to document & report on our accomplishments & failures while we tested potential new equipment to integrate into the army.

This was in Alaska, after an 18-mile, 80-pound Ruck march through the middle of nowhere, breaking our own trail through thigh level snow & negative temperatures.
